Outside Vending Spaces are 10"x10" and rent for $70 each (only 18 more available). You will need to bring your own table, chairs, and canopy, if desired, as no equipment will be provided. Canopies must be weighted with a 20 pound weight on each pole of the canopy; no exceptions. A single 10"x10" vending area may be shared by up to 2 individuals or businesses. Inside Vending spaces are now sold out. A VIP sponsorship is $100 and includes one vending space, your name in our event guide, and special recognition on our website. Will you need any extra help or assistance on the day of our event? For instance, do you have any mobility challenges or other concerns that might make setting up your vendor's table more difficult? (We will do our best to provide assistance as needed, and if we can plan ahead, we can do so all the better.) PLEASE NOTE THAT HANDICAP PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Policies: By typing "yes" in the field below, you are expressing that you understand the policies of Denver Pagan Pride Day and agree to abide by these policies. Our event will be held Saturday, September 7th, 2019 from 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. at the Althea Center for Engaged Spirituality in Denver, Colorado. This event will be held rain or shine. Official "open" hours for Denver Pagan Pride Day will be from 11a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Vendors may begin set-up no earlier than 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event, and no later than 10:00 a.m. Break-down and clean up of your vending space must be completed prior to 5:30 p.m. on the day of the event, and can be started promptly at 4:00 p.m.; early break-down is kindly discouraged. No open flames or fires of any kind (including lit candles or incense, fire batons, cookstoves, campfires, etc.) are allowed at the event. The sell or display of weapons and illegal or restricted items is not allowed. Electrical generators of any kind are not allowed. Electrical hookups are available at indoor spaces only in a very limited supply, and carry an extra $10 charge. We ask that radios and other noise-generating devices be kept at reasonable volumes that don't interfere with the other goings-on at the festival. Vendors with outside spaces are expected to provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies if desired, as no equipment will be provided. If you are using a canopy, it must be weighted down with a 20 pound weight on each leg of the canopy; no exceptions.Vendors are also asked to donate at least five cans of food to the Denver Pagan Pride-sponsored food drive. VENDORS FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, and Denver Pagan Pride and the Pagan Pride Project are not liable for any losses or damages that might be incurred as a result of your willing participation in the festival. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and alcohol consumption or sale is not allowed. Do you understand these policies, and agree to abide by them?
